Book an Event

Book an event with BTTS and you are part of our Gives Back! For any event booked on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday at any venue, we donate $100 to you to choose from one of our charities of choice. Over the past several years our clients have allowed us to donate tens of thousands of dollars to organizations such as:

Feed the Hungry

Your event lives on to help those in need.  Food waste is one of the greatest issues in our industry.  Food insecurity is one of the persistent challenges in central Ohio.

Nearly 40 million people or 10.5% of all U.S. households experienced food insecurity at some point during 2020. The USDA’s Economic Research Service estimated that approximately 133 billion pounds and $161 billion worth of food was wasted in 2010.

 Through our partnership with Food Rescue, excess food from our events is sent to local social service agencies throughout central Ohio.  In 2021, over 13,000 meals were provided to those in need. In 2022, over 29,000 meals and 8,000 floral arrangements were provided.

Flower Power

The power of fresh flowers.  An industry-leading initiative, wedding florals from events live on too!  Food Rescue Cbus delivers fresh florals from our weekend events to senior living facilities throughout central Ohio where they provide joy to seniors throughout the week.  After each wedding, our team removes & reprocesses the flowers that were used for each event.  On Monday afternoons, we have buckets of flowers to be donated to local senior living facilities, where their residents can enjoy creating arrangements for themselves and each other.  The flowers that our couples love on their wedding day, now get a second chance of bringing joy to others.

Serving Our Community

Community clean up days, Thanksgiving meals, and annual Nationwide Children’s Toy Drive to name a few. We are committed to giving back not just with dollars but with our hands and feet too.
