2025 Top Workplaces Awards

We're proud to share some exciting news—BTTS Holdings has been named one of Central Ohio's 2025 Top Workplaces for the second year, presented by Columbus CEO in partnership with Energage!

For 2025, 2,141 organizations were asked to survey their employees, and 120 agreed. Based on the survey feedback, 81 have earned recognition as the Top Workplace in the Columbus region.

This recognition is significant because it's based entirely on employee feedback. Energage conducts an annual survey measuring 24 key aspects of workplace culture, including leadership, engagement, communication, and appreciation.

But that's not all—we're also incredibly proud to announce that BTTS Holdings received one of 17 special awards based on standout themes in employee responses. We were recognized with the Social Responsibility Award, which honors organizations that impact their communities and demonstrate a deep commitment to giving back.
